I have 2 necklaces 18k gold. I store them on one place. Last year the other one broke or cut off. I went to this store for repair. I havent used it for so long. I just realized today that they gave me a same kind necklace but a fake different one. I can see the difference now from two necklaces I have. Dont trust this store. They are liers, deceitful, dishonest, unrealiable, and theives. Dont try to get them do the repair and they will replace it with fake ones. One day, I swear you, your business will shut and you will receive your KARMA!

There's plenty of jewelry here. Management has been the same for over 30 years. Obviously, they know what their craft well. I would go here for advice. Costco would be better value for jewelry, yet for service the quality is good. Would be better for the business if the products were displayed on an online platform website/Facebook Marketplace/or Instagram. Then all customers and patrons can just go to the store and pick up and check out the products IRL to see if it meets her standard at the store. Price would be whatever price that they see online. Therefore, no manipulation/haggling needs to be done face to face. Price is already agreed upon before arrival. Management is very good at procurement of what is currently fashionable. No need to worry if you'll wear something that a no faux-pas. Price needs to be communicated more explicitly. There's a lot of choices available to satisfy the general public that enjoy accessorizing with jewelry. Good place to shop.

Staff extremely rude. Went back to get ring resized and diamonds replaced on “lifetime warranty” Diamonds that fell out had been previously replaced treated me and my wife like we were scum and proceeded to argue with me about ring and If we even bought it there, extremely disappointing service and warranty! STAY AWAY!!!

I've bought my jewelry from here my whole life. So has my family. One of the original Millwoods Town Centre stores. It's been there this long for a reason. From the staff, management, and ownership, great service all around. Thank you Carat Jewellers!!!

So grateful to Carat Jewelers for the rejuventation they did on my late mother's wedding set. They were able to rush the job so I could wear the rings in time for the funeral. The 61 year old rings look brand new and I know those diamonds are now secure. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the exceptional service. You are my new jewelry store.

I went to get the ring cleaned that I bought there and the lady took the ring to the back to clean and she came back and told me she dropped the ring. I waited two hours for them to find it and after that they called security to ask me to leave the store. When my husband passed away I bought his birthstone with diamonds. The ring was so sentimental to me and it was very emotional. This is only the day after but I have heard nothing.

I just buy an Citizen watch from Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport location worth around $400, It was special order. Firstly they took 4 weeks for delivery where they commit one week, Secondly when I got the product it was scratched and there was dust inside the top glass, Store manager stated that after manufacturing all watches sitting in dusty warehouse that was the reason for dust inside the glass. They do exchange only even the product is faulty no Refund. Customer support is not reliable & staff including store manager just manipulating everything. Highly not recommended to anyone anymore.

I Stopped in here not too long ago to pick up a bracelet that caught my girlfriends eye. I was greeted immediately by the wonderful friendly staff. Their store had amazing lighting, and their display cases were spot free and shinny . I delt with one of their employees, Shasta was her name, very helpful and showed great customer service. I will be definitely be coming back for repeat business.
