Very unprofessionalnI called to book an appointment with the Dietitian. The person who answered the phone only answered questions I asked. She did not give me any details about my appointment other than it was virtual and the date. The day of the appointment that SHE had booked for me I received calls asking why I booked for in person when it was suppose to be online. After my appointment I called to pay and she told me she would call me back, once she did she just asked for my card number, at which point I asked about the insurance. She informed me that it was not something they did for that service. But could look into it.nnI drove over there to get attitude she took a phone call before helping me and when I expressed my frustration she got defensive and told me that she only answers questions and does not give any further details.nnSo if you choose to go to this clinic make sure you ask every single questions you might have as they will not give you any details unless you ask.

My mother-in-law’s doctor recommended physiotherapy for her left shoulder. I decided to book an appointment at Physio First after hearing good things about their service. Well, Rina and I were not disappointed. We were impressed by the warm welcome, the level of care, the knowledgeable staff, the positive atmosphere. Wow! I would recommend this facility for anyone needing their services.
Great team and great service. Every time I go in they set me up in a room right away and it's never long before I see the physiotherapist and/or a member of their team. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell that they really care about their clients. PhysioFirst is my first choice for all my physio needs. :
Awesome and friendly team! I was there for my 8year old daughter and she loved going there. She was well treated they took good care of her while i waited. From what ive seen they are great with children. Thanks again
