Hey, you want shoes you won't find in Foot Locker or a big box store, this is the place! They know a lot about kicks and shoe culture. Helpful staff and always something new on the shelf.

Your friendly neighborhood Swim here with another GTA review. I haven't bothered to stop into Capsule's brick and mortar frankly I think in store shopping is dead but really that's a whole other can of worms. What I can say is that they have a great selection of sneakers access to rare drops yadda yadda yadda. However the fact is that they hoard size 12's for staff and as a size 12 I find this infuriating, they announce shoe drops but purposefully announce the size run will be 6-11 and this is only on select premium/rare kicks. What a coincidence right? Last night I tried to purchase the eqts midnight drop and I was on the site at midnight on the dot but whaddya know 6-11 size run the 12's weren't even open to the public. Call me bitter, but I refuse to support a clothing store that denies access to customer just to keep their own closet fresh. Screw these guys.

Customer service at the markham location is extremely cold and robotic. Know what you want before going in as staff will be little to no help
