Decided on a Capital One secured card and deposited required security funds. Update: An agent provided incorrect information. Card arrived speedily no issues afterwards.
I was approved for a Secured Mastercard From Capital One, and they told me, before they can send my card, I need to provide $300.00 in security funds. doesn't make sense. I'll cancel right now. I prefer to keep my HSBC debit card.
I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I've had this card for about 5 years. Was approved for 3500 and then within in a year they offered to increase to 8k. The interest is low so no complaints there. My only issue is recently they cut ties with AfterPay with zero notice and a bs reason.
Best credit card online dashboard. Pending transactions appear immediately. Excellent custom notification setup.
I dont know why they are sooo many bad reviews. I had them for years the customer service they have are exellent changed my address with no issues . Never ever had any issue with them they are the best mastercard .
