So unprofessional! I had scheduled my move two weeks ago and when I followed up yesterday via email and telephone to ensure everthing was still good to go, I was informed "something came up and we can't move you"...no advance call, no apology! Unreal...zero customer service! Unreal
Sears referred me to Capital for delivery of an extremely heavy Hutch my wife and I had purchased, I was worried about it getting damaged because of the weight and glass . Their guys moved into my place with ease an exceptional job . We were very pleased to get it home.
Had them move a washer and dryer from the sellers home to my home, great service, thanks again!
