Capilano Mall is a great little shopping spot that never feels overwhelming. It’s small, easy to navigate, and not crowded, which makes for a relaxed and stress-free visit. The stores cover the essentials, parking is convenient, and it’s nice to shop without the usual mall chaos. A perfect option if you want a calm, quick shopping experience.
Rude, lazy, lack of product knowledge. Never any baskets. Forced to find them piled up and scattered at checkout. Have to get a minimum of 20$ cash back, and go next door for the loony. Definitely a language barrier. Long line ups, and waiting period. Try file a complaint, goes to India, they hang up. Most customer serve ever, and all have bad attitudes , and absolutely no respect for customers.
It has changed in recent years for the worst. They try to keep it safe with security but it's overwhelming with drug addicts especially after 7. They drift into the neighboring communities and start messing with our personal belongings example cars, garages and homesnCapilano mall isn't safe for our elders, and youth anymore especially after 7 lol
Capilano Mall in Edmonton is a nice little mall. Safeway, Walmart, TD bank, Winners, Dollarama, hair salon and more! Lots of handicap parking! Check them out!
You have to take a number once you get in. There is a machine there that gives out numbers. After you take a number you sit and wait for your number to be mentioned.nThey are very polite and nice people, they try to help you with your problem or with any question you have for them.nnHighly recommend this place for all your Driving tests, Alberta health card or ID, and others.
