No other customers around. I was treated poorly. Negative things were said to me in another language. Laughed at. One guy was counting my bottles. The laughing guy came by and took random bottles & threw them into their large bin bags. Till count wasn't registered by him. Worst customer service ever. Never going back...
This Bottle Depot is seriously amazing! The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They make the whole recycling process a breeze. Plus, it's a great way to make some extra cash while doing your part for the environment. I highly recommend checking it out!
I went there and got less money then I should’ve, while the counters distract each other and and dont look like they are counting and just make up a low number
SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS You could read my profiles and my reviews on businesses and I typically don't review businesses negatively but this had to have been the worst experience. The gentleman clearly cleared the count and tried to lie about the number, when we saw it change to a completely different number in real time. Then they tried to make it better by manually entering the numbers that he made up of the top of his head I asked him for the receipt of the previous transaction which they couldn't provide.he was claiming the number was from previous customerHence he was saying that the number before was from history. Long story short if you have the option to go to a different bottle Depot go!!!. I cannot stress terrible service and felt scammed. My son was there to witness the number manipulation in real time. If I could give a negative star I would.nIt wasn't worth my time to argue with the gentleman any further but I think it's the right thing to do to warn people about this establishment.
Sat there and watch the thief rip me off for about 14 bucks on 1 trip. Absolute scammers. Next time I'm gonna punch the guy in the mouth for every bottle he scams me for. P.o.s. now you can put your being monitored by cameras linenthat you use on everyone leaving the same comment. No difference from stealing from my bank account. These guys need to be criminally charged. I am filing a BBB claim Monday. I knew this was happening that's why I pre counted this time and have it.on camera.
