I rarely write reviews but my experience here left a bitter taste in my mouth so I made an exception. Boxing week sales was really good and there were lots of selection and sizes left even though it was towards the end of the week. However, the staff here are quite unfriendly and nonchalant about your presence- that is, until you are at the cash register literally giving them money. It was only when I was buying something did the sales associate gave me a smile and talked to me (felt very insincere though). There were 2 girls working in the front, 1 in the back and the store was not busy, ~3 customers browsing. Not one of them greeted people walking in and it was only when people walked up to their face with shoe in hand did they acknowledged you. Maybe they had a bad day.. I'm not sure. However it doesn't excuse their behaviour because their job is to provide decent customer service. The girls that work here should be re-trained on how to provide customer service to everyone- no matter how someone may appear (It was -20s out soI was wearing sweats and looked quite bummy). I did like their selection of shoes and sale so I would probably buy from the company again, though definitely not this Bloor st location.

DO NOT ATTEMPT to purchase anything from Capezio Shoes' website (capezioshoes.ca) They take your money, notify you days later that the item you purchased is out of stock, without offering up any explanations or credit for your grievances. They do not follow up on your order status, so your order is pretty much lost in a virtual vacuum. This company has a long way to go if it is going to attempt to enter the same arena as the pro's - stick to the trusted brands like Aldo who actually know what they're doing online.

I really want to give them negative star!! They smile to you when u buy shoes and treated u like trash when u want to change a size for a pair of shoes that i only bought for 4days and only ware it for one afternoon! Their attitude towards customers are extremely horrible. I feel humiliated!!! I bought at least 3 pairs of shoes for the past one year and that's how they treat their old customer. I love the products they sell, but honestly! Managers! Please train ur stuffs to behave respectfully! Thank you! And goodbye I will never ever come back!:)

Terrible service. The staff there all hang out by the cash carrying on with their conversations. No one comes to ask if you need a size or anything.
