I am very impress with Keith.  He asked me questions which I hadn't thought about.  These questions were very specific to the job at hand.  He made sure I wanted 2 lights not 3 lights. 
He clarified what I was expecting. He asked which lights were to be 3 way and which ones not.  I knew when he was going to show up.  He always answered the phone and responded very well with email.  He worked with my schedule and the carpenter.   I added a couple other outlets in different areas as an after thought and he did them as well.  I found his crew to be respectful and hard workers. Yes, Keith did do an estimate but what I liked.  When the first step was finished, he presented a bill to be paid which I felt was great.  I knew where I was financially on the project.  Again payment was paid upon completion of the project so I knew the final cost and didn't have to mail the check.

We had Keith Capelles' team install a wall mounted, big screen TV and run new cable. You might not expect a large commercial and residential electrician to do this but you should! We were very pleased and you will be too! We have trusted Capelles Electric for 15 years living in Rochester.  Fred R

Called about out power and They arrived within the hour. Worked fast and made it so my power could be hooked up quickly.

Capelles staff has done an outstanding job for us, each time we have engaged them for multiple types endeavors.
All of the electricians are always willing and eager to fulfill our requests.
Seems there is no job too small or large for them, they are more than able to handle any situation effortlessly.
We always look forward to having them take care of and often take over  a project.

We have used Keith and his crew for over 10 years.  Big projects, small projects, Keith always takes a personal interest in ensuring that the job is done right.  Keith is great to work with and I strongly recommend him and his company for any electrical project.
