I love Cap'n Yoby's. The fish is great and they have the best tartar sauce around. I can order exactly what I want and it's always great. 5 stars for sure!
Stopped by yesterday. Ordered the seafood platter, and it was yummy! Only complaint is that the platter did not come with everything that was on the description on the menu that we saw online. Either the seafood platter no longer includes coleslaw and cocktail sauce or we got shorted!
My hubby and kids love this place. I like the fries. I do not eat seafood but the rest of my family loves the halibut.
Very good halibut fish and chips. Cod fish and chips not so much. To much breading.
im from the Oregon coast and grew up in a family of fisherman. so it is hard to impress me with fish and chips but this place was INCREDIBLE. And I dont use that lightly, the owner is a sweet heart and the food is to die for! I will 100% be coming back to support this little local gem.
I LOVE their halibut and chips. I have eaten fish n chips at chippies all over England, and there's something about the freshness and the batter that's had me coming up here from Vancouver for over a 14 years. The service can be slow and a little less than desirable, but the halibut is soooo darn good, i always go back!
They have the best fish n chip's around. Great friendly service too. It is spendy but it's a great treat.
Long line, efficient moved quickly. Great service!! Always great burgers!
