Canyon Meadows Bakery is excellent! We are so fortunate to have such a friendly family run establishment in Canyon Meadows. Heather and Stan are always so nice to chat with. Everything that Stan bakes is absolutely outstanding! Their chicken pot pies are so delicious! I love their Christmas mince meat tarts and their little pumpkin pies at Thanksgiving! It is all amazing! They also have a large selection of breads and a sticky cinnamon bread that is so good! If you are lucky enough to be in the area be sure to pop in to Canyon Meadows Bakery! This place is amazing. It’s cash only so keep that in mind if you go but you’ll find your money goes a long way because their prices are so reasonable. The owners a lovely, kind, friendly, and excellent bakers. You won’t regret going.

Prices were so cheap for what we bought! We got sausage rolls, cheese buns, brownies, gluten free bread, and some cookies. They were absolutely phenomenal!!! If you like cheap and delicious food, go here!!!

Updating Aug 2022: Yes really an Amazing Bakery, the old fashion neighborhood Bakery, owned and run by Heather, and wow, I have been suffering with IBS and tried breads for lot of places, but bread from here and I feel normal, no bloating and absolutely amazing. She makes extremely tasty fruit Strudels. This is a truly Old Fashion Neighborhood Bakery Also this place is Cash Only! And I like it that way

Delicious, quality sweets and savory treats and bread. And prices are unbelievable!! Moved recently to area and will be loyal for years.to come. Son loves meatpies, sausage rolls and strudel. +++ Everything. Thanks for being great.

By far the absolute best bakery in all of Calgary! Very friendly and welcoming, an amazing assortment of goodies and breads! Absolutely fantastic cheese bread in my opinion, but seriously everything they make is phenomenal!

How have I lived in this area for 10+ years and never been here?! Talk about a hidden gem! Owners are delightful and there is plenty of delicious sweet and savoury treats, of which we tried multiple. I would highly recommend this bakery for anyone in the south SW. Will be going here before Safeway going forward. Note: they only accept cash so go prepared.

Only recently discovered this bakery and I'm so glad I did! Everything I try is absolutely delicious! And you can't beat the prices! A must try for anyone!!

Grew up in the area and somehow missed ever trying this bakery until recently. They make Cobs look like a joke. Provides superior bread and pastries at better prices, and way friendly staff. Has a really welcoming, almost small-town-feel as well. Can't wait to make it part of my routine shopping!

I went here nearly every day for 3 years while in high school, perhaps the best donuts and strudel I have ever had. The pie is also amazing.
