The build quality of their Condo Vue Phase 1 & 2 is shockingly bad. They were build in 2012 and already 6 years later the owners had to sue them to repair the front facade. There's air leakage; the basement parking reek of garbage because something's wrong with the central air system; 2 machines at the bigger gym are out of service already; the rails for the closets broke. Basically, everything was built CHEAP! You'll have to sell below market rate and do a bunch of repairs through very high condo fees, and waste money suing them.

Their construction staff is highly unprofessional. The street I live on was blocked with improper signage and when I tried to enter the street one of their employees cursed at me and insulted me repeatedly for no reason.
