Of you love squeeky poutine cheese, you will love their poutine. You need to get through a thick layer of cheese before getting to the fries. I had a feeling that there was more cheese than fries. However my first impression was the sauce. It so tasty and rich. It really stands out from other restaurants. This is just a takeout place. All the tables and chairs were already put away and we had to eat in the car. If you're not going in the summer, got ready to do the same. But it was really worth the drive. I'll definitely go back!
Amazing!! Merci!! We stayed at the days inn off the trans Canada on our way through to New Brunswick. We had a craving to try real genuine Quebec poutine. We had no idea where to go so I decided to check google. Your place was rated a 5* all over the place. So we decided to make the trek and drove out. We were not disappointed at all! From the size of the servings to the girl that served us and even though we have no French at all unfortunately she spoke English to us and made us feel like we were just part of the town. We ordered two mediums and between 4 of us we couldn’t even finish it. From the delicious gravy that I have never tasted anywhere before to the enormous helping of beautiful cheese curds that “squeaked” when we chewed we were not let down. Thank you and we will see you again
Just 5 km off the highway and well worth it! The amount of cheese curds is unreal! If you're passing through Quebec and need the real poutine experience. This is the place to go!
Excellent Poutine du Chef, with plenty of ground beef, onions and cheese on top. Fries and sauce were also top notch

We heard on a radio station that this cantine made great poutine so we drove half and hour to try and it's true. The poutine is really good, the curd cheese is fresh, the gravy is salty and tasty with hint of what I think is sage, unfortunately I wasn't too impressed by the fries, they're too dark, they have a bit of a burnt and bitter taste, which is usually caused by dirty oil that needs changing.
Classic, stylish, side of the road setup. Generous portions. Unbeatable fries and poutine. Polite and friendly service despite the affluence. There is ample parking too, which is a bonus. The only downside is the guilt when you see the bottom of the plate. But it goes away after a couple days.
Fantastic fries and great burgers. I feel like they mix their own "secret sauces" which give extra personality to the burgers. If you like poutine, you're in for a treat, the sauce is amazing. I wish the cheese was melty but I don't even like poutine, so I can't really say that I care. The only place to be in Saint-Liboire.
The fries are fried in shortening which makes all the difference. Poutine is amazing, one of the best ever, no exaggeration. Cheese curds are huge and plentiful, sauce is a little bit runny but very tasty. Their poutine is worth a road trip, you won't be disappointed!
