With my daughter’s wedding fast approaching I finally stop putting it off and made my way down to Cantas Fashions, after a recommendation from a friend. I now owe this friend a big thank you. From the moment I walked into the boutique Semiha and her staff made me feel comfortable in trying dresses I never would have picked out for myself. Her honest professional opinion on what style looked best for my body type was spot on. I happily left with a beautiful dress for the wedding and a couple other outfits just for good measure. This will now be my go to place for fashion in Ottawa.
Thanks again Cantas for your exceptional service. We have placed our trust in your boutique for many years and you have always had the perfect dress for every occasion. Special thanks today to Cecile for doing a flawless alteration on my daughter's dress. Perfect!!!!!

Cantas is an extraordinary store for European style gala dresses. They supported Pellegerini Opera's Evening of Beauty with lending stunning dresses for the fashion show. Semiha Cantas makes sure that two women won't wear the same dress for the same gala, has the most amazing customer service. She is an incredible warm loving person, with amazing staff. If you want to dress up for the opera, this is the place.
I have never felt more special and beautiful than in this store. The women knew my size just by looking at me and they made immediate suggestions, all of which matched me and my style and made me feel like royalty. Thank you so much Cantas!! So pleased to be wearing your dress for prom!!
went there to find a dress/gown for my daughter, thinking it would be our first stop out of countless stores before we find something suitable. wrong! we found what we needed and loved at first sight! everything in the store looks stunningly beautiful and well crafted -- yah, take that from a guy. many items are available in different hues and sizes. definitely would come again and definitely recommend.
We brought our friend here yesterday to look at white dresses for a small wedding and we bought the first one she tried on! Staff was so friendly and a lot of really beautiful formal dresses. I drove by this store constantly for 10 years and never went inside until yesterday! I wish I had come here sooner.
So my daughter and I went to Cantas for a prom dress. I was expecting a completely different experience. There was a young lady who was so friendly and inviting. My daughter felt at ease right away. Although we did not find what she was looking for, I would definitely return just because the customer service was so amazing. So, to management, the girls who were working on Friday February 21st at around noon deserve a shout out! I have never been in the store before but will definitely return!
Everytime I visited CANTAS her store is just another world! The textures, colors, and from different places around the world . Today I went shopping for Valentines day! Need a week long Valentines day as everything just fit like a glove. The jewelry, accessories, coats, hats, pants, belt. Definitely going back if not my #1 before going anywhere else!!
