I have given reviews on Canpar before because they always seem to go above an beyond when necessary. Everyone on the Canpar staff that I have encountered is courteous and as helpful as they possibly can be. Recently, Tim Barber at the Edmonton location went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way to make sure that a very very important shipment landed safely and on time. Had it not been for his willingness to help and speed, we might have missed it. Thanks to Tim and Canpar, keep up the good work!
They have absolutely earned this 2* avg raiting. It' probably would have been easier and quicker to drive to Toronto and pick up the package myself.nAt least they are consistent. Their call center is as useful as their drivers.nNo supervisor on shift and they will get back to me within a week.
Absolutely useless company. Won't answer their phones to help you. They attempted to drop package at an abandoned address twice. Get some common sense and realize that was not the place to deliver.
Terrible service. They Clearly went to completely wrong addresss, as the company I purchased from LCBO, called me to tell me that the delivery driver called them and needed a buzzer number??? I live in a brick house and double checked and gave correct address online. I'm Not in an apartment building so NO buzzer number required. Now package doesn't seem to exist anywhere and nobody can find it!! Called Canpar 8 days after delivery was supposed to be received, and customer service was useless and gave me no more info than the tracking number online showed. They had no idea where my package was. Had to then call the place I purchased items from again for them to deal with this and find my package that Canpar seems to have first attempted delivery at wrong address, and now have lost all together!!! Worst ever! DO NOT USE CANPAR!!!
Terrible service. If they don't lose your package, it'll arrive a week or 3 late. Even their chat option sucks, it says that it's going to connect you and then it crashes. They can't do anything right lol. Enough is enough, I'm removing them from our companies shipping options.
