Fun town to visit- has a small town feel but big town amenities. Eat a meal, fill up your tank, go shopping for the afternoon and so much more. Glad we stopped to enjoy the afternoon.nUse the public parking areas it is so much easier. Basically $4 an hour for public parking.
The Rockies are beautiful. You have a 360 view of them from the town centre. Town centre is a bit touristy but lovely with interesting shops. Didn't do any sports, but it looks like the perfect place for many different kinds. Highly recommend the local Wild Life Rundle Bar Gin which is delicious!
This little town is so picturesque! Just walking the streets is fun and plenty of trails along the Bow river. View are breathtaking and so many nice little businesses all over. We will be back for sure.
Went to Canmore to marry some friends, totally enjoyed the whole experience. The wedding was at Silvertip golf resort and they were incredible. The scenery and sites around town were awesome. The triple crown area, Spray lakes area and many more. You could be there a month and take pictures of different stuff every day. Only stopped in at on pub with the couple getting married and enjoyed a great entertainer. Great experience
During our road trip, we stopped by to use the washroom, grab a coffee, and take some pictures. We visited on a Sunday before a holiday, so the place was quite busy. Great spot for capturing photos and enjoying a brief break. Our friends mentioned that the town has just one main road with limited activities, but we’re open to recommendations for things to do next time we visit?
