We are the largest private sector owner and operator of recreational ice sports facilities in North America and currently own and/or manage 22 facilities in Canada and the United States with 65 surfaces including ice rinks and indoor soccer fields.

Canlan Ice Sports offers an impressive number of branded programs, which include: youth 3 on 3, Canlan Classic Tournaments, Hockey Academy, Skating Academy, Canlan Sports Camps, Adult Safe Hockey League and much more. One of the premier brands in our portfolio of programs is the Adult Safe-Hockey League, the world’s largest adult recreational hockey league, with over 63,000 members.

In addition to full size NHL rinks, most of our facilities provide patrons with well appointed sports bars and restaurants overlooking the ice for a relaxed viewing experience and well-stocked sports stores to meet their equipment and sports clothing needs. My son had a hockey practice here today. I was very impressed with this facility. Canlan Sports has a beautiful arena. Everything was clean, the change rooms were great and the kids had a good time. Would definitely recommend it for hockey teams, our team will almost certainly be back.
Great place for family skating and wonderful parking. An all around great facility that is kept well.
If you’re looking to play rec hockey avoid this facility at all costs. Poor quality of ice, poor quality of restrooms in the dressing rooms most of the time something is not working including toilet / urinal and some of the worst officiating I’ve seen in my 20 or so years playing hockey. There’s a reason you see this rink on the news…. Stay away!!
I sent my children to Canlan for two sets of a seven week long beginner’s class, but never receive one single feed back during that 3 month period about their progress. I spoke to the teacher, and sent emails, to talk about how the children are doing, the teacher said she’d get back to me by email and now almost a month has gone by and still no single word back. Now i’m sending kids to a different skate learning facility
The quality of the facility and the quality of officiating has been on a rapid decline over the years. Avoid this facility, their refs use excessive force on players ref #77
