This was a fun place. It’s on the Mississippi River in Clinton, IA. I imagine this would be a great place to eat outside when nice out. Service was great and the food was really good too. I probably would make it a 5 star review if they had Malt Vinegar for their all you can eat fish on Fridays. The cheese curds were great. Some of the best I have had. My daughter had the sirloin steak and said it was really good. My wife had some fried shrimp and really liked it. Since they did not have the Malt Vinegar for the fish, I ended up going with the Chicken George and fries. Both were great. None of had been here before and they will bring you a sample of the Chicken George. We all really liked it but only two of us got it for our meals. They are essentially really good chicken strips/nuggets. They come with a sauce I didn’t personally care for, but others at the table really liked. Would definitely come here again.
Nice place, great view while dining. We had the prime rib, it was delicious! The only downside is that all the sides are ala cart, I'd prefer sides to be included with my meal. Recommend making reservations, they seemed to be pretty busy.
Really great food and service! This was a nice experience while visiting Clinton, Iowa. The food was fresh, tasty, and hot! The onion rings were amazing! And the salmon Rockefeller didn't disappoint! We also had a nice view from the windows of the frozen Mississippi
Fabulous food, excellent service. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Justine provided excellent service. Everyone was super nice, especially seating us at a table where my wife cloud scoot up with her battery scooter. The view was spectacular. Shown are the 12oz Pirme Ribeye, and the Chicken of the Sea 1/2# Chicken George and 5 shrimp . Steak very tasty, Chicken was super. We will definitely go back!
White Fish Chicken George and Shrimp ! DELICIOUS The waitress could have asked us for a refill on our tea. When I only left $7 for a tip she was snooty. Hey its all I had.
Went here for the first time for our 6th year anniversary! Very delicious food and very friendly Staff!!! Beautiful restaurant and scenery!!! Highly recommend
We love this place the food and the service is amazing. In the summer you can watch the eagles fly. Food: 5/5
I had a burger and it was good with a hint of burnt cheese flavor. Wife's Alfredo was ok but had a bit of a flour taste. Great view of the river and good service.Recommended disheslg Onion Rings
Buffalo Chicken George is good. Have their cheese curds. Enjoy the view.
Went there for my birthday. It was a nice but humid day so we sat inside. You can still see the river because the windows are huge. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Our server Olivia was really nice and pleasant. Everything was clean and sanitized. There is outside seating.
