Riley in the parts section was great. He answered the phone and understood what I was looking for. He put it aside for me and welcomed me right in when I came into the store! He helped me with my purchase. Very appreciative.
Had a bit of an unfortunate situation with the car’s trip computer that turned a routine inspection and tire changeover into a multi-day affair that resulted in the car having to go to the dealership for a fix. Though it was stressful, big shoutout to Mike, the service manager who really went over and above to try to fix the situation in every possible way in the midst of busy season - including putting in calls to colleagues at dealerships to try to figure out solutions and staying in touch with me throughout to give updates. Sincere, honest, respectful - Mike was caught in a tough spot but really ran the mile to make it right, including following up after everything was said and done at the dealer to ensure all was good on my end. In other circumstances this might have been a “never going here again” but because of Mike’s attitude, thoroughness and helpfulness, I still think me and my vehicle are in good hands here and I would still do business here so long as Mike is at the helm on service. Thanks Mike - it was a bogus situation but you really made the difference and made it better.
The food is good. Reasonably priced waitresses are happy friendly. Haven't been there on the weekend but apparently they do have live bands here once in awhile. Nice overall place
Met a nice girl here tall skinny autistic had glasses and short hair her mother worked with dogs she once went to a fantasy ball in London never got her name even after I spent all night making her feel better well she was crying she said she worked with stocking or the warehouse wish I got her info we could have been Besties
I was extremely disappointed with my whole experience today. I decided to try placing an order online to be picked up first time at this location. I thought it would save me some time so that I could get everything done that I needed today. It tells you an est. 1 hour pick up time, BUT please do not proceed to the store before you receive your email saying your order is ready. I waited 4 hours for my email that did not come. When I went into the store, they hadn’t even looked at my order to start pulling it. Luckily I had printed off my order and wrote down the aisle numbers. When I asked customer service about cancelling it, nobody knew how to. I asked if I could go grab my items myself and just check out through customer service, they agreed. It took me 20 minutes to grab all of my items and get back to the front, only to be told they cancelled the order, so I was to go through a cashier. Now it was 45 minutes getting out of the store. I raced to Oshawa to pick up a very important parcel, needed for tonight only to have the store closed early.nWhy offer Online ordering if you do not have staff to fulfil this job.nI placed an order online in Peterborough and it was half an hour before receiving my email.nExtremely disappointed & frustrated.
