The old lady speaks Spanish is very friendly! Don't know his name she always be helpful and smile for everyone. Nor like younger people. Good prices, but I don't have too much in stocks on automobile
I go there, I wander, I purchase items I don't need, occasionally I lose a child, but they are eventually discovered and returned to me. I've bought everything from toys to kitchen wares to lightbulbs and even tires. Has arguably the best points reward system anywhere. Now digital, but I still have paper CT money from yesteryear. Staff are more likely to just watch you wander about than to interrupt your travels to see if you require help, but I think that's part of the experience.
This rating is for Ann in the paint department! Our paint was a mistint, and she did her best to get the needed colour to match the original. Super thankful for her help
I was there today to buy a swimming pool. Everything went well, great help from everyone, until the pickup time. Costumer service was a mess. Unable to handle the situacion and preferentially treating customers. Very disappointed! Never happened before and I wish will never happen again.
Honestly trash. If you value your time, or your vehicle, don't waste your time here. The "technicians" don't even know how to use their equipment and management is horrible. Not to mention apparently they take 2 hour lunches as i was there at 12 and they were on lunch till 2!? Also can't find their employees. Just an all around mess and waste of time. Left unhappy with the problem unsolved even tho I just purchased a $1500.00 set of tires they couldn't even install properly.
A must try at RiverRoom the Grapefruit Smash. Great drink if you like grapefruit juice. OMG amazing!
I believe that this is the best place to find whatever you need for fishing, hunting, camping or all for your house or car. The problem is, some staff are overpriced. And just one thing to be the perfect place to me. Musicians stuff. Because there are all what i need but There are not music instruments.
They got bathrooms 10/10 would recommend
Staff knew the exact aisle all the items on my list were, I was very impressed
Went for new tires, Joe the service manager got me in same-day, so incredibly kind and helpful. Was patient with me & my questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be switching there for my oil changes and regular maintenance from here out.
