I came to get new duratrac tires installed and a wheel alignment i checked my tie rod ends and balls joints that morning and they were tight no play at all except a bit in my tie rod ends but still very good front end so after they installed the tires the mechanic said their is a ton of play in my lower ball joints they wanted 860 to replace both I told them I can do it on my own they told me I couldn't get my wheel alignment because of that anyways I get home and do another check and really get in there my ball joints are good no play at allnIt's very disappointing that their mechanic is dishonestnIn the last year I spent close to 4,000 on new tires on my vehicles and my dad's at Canadian Tire and go there so often I accumulated close to 500 Canadian Tire dollars in the last year I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere I'm a good mechanic I know my stuff it's just that at the moment I have no time to work on my own vehicles and can afford to take things to a shop now I'll have to find time to work on my own things which saves me money and no dealing with dishonest mechanicsnBy the way all the parts people at Canadian Tire are very helpful this doesn't apply to themnI didn't want to leave a bad review as I really like Canadian Tire but to upsell when it doesn't need it is wrong I don't even want to think of all the people they may have scammed especially women!
Went in to pick up a water hose for camping. Staff were super friendly and helpful as we browsed the store. Had to do an exchange on a hose with a factory defect and had no problems at all with the transaction.
Customer service was great they did everything that I didn’t even know I needed! Will be a returning customer!
Love this place you can always find what you are looking for. Staffs always friendly and willing to help. Nice to have this in the city.
Very poor service from this store. Tried to return an item and kim was the supervisor, she was rude and unhelpful. She rolled her eyes and threw part of the items packaging at me while walking away. The manager michael just stood at the counter and offered zero help or solutions to the problem. When i told him he needs to tell his staff not to roll their eyes at customers kim yelled at me and said she did nothing wrong. Poor management and even worse customer service. Do not recommend this store
