Horrible experience at this place Jaiden was an associate she was very rude and she didn’t wanted to accept my return, she asked to return the product where I originally purchased, I never had this issue ever all Canadian tire aren’t not the same? Or she just doesn’t know the policies!!
I had a great experience at Canadian Tire thanks to the assistant manager who helped me, when I went to purchase a fridge he was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got the right product for my needs and budget. They explained the features clearly, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated he support and professionalism. Thank you Maliky
If you value your time, I highly recommend going to Home Depot or anywhere else! This store has absolutely terrible and incompetent staff who can never provide any help. Every time I have a question, I have to figure everything out on my own and search for what I need myself.nnThis is the closest store to me, but every single visit ends with me having to go to Home Depot anyway. First, they refused to accept a defective item, and I had to drive to another location. Then, I couldn’t find any staff to unlock a glass display case.nnYesterday, I wanted to buy a tool that was on sale, and when I got to the checkout, I noticed just in time that the price was almost 1.5 times higher than advertised. The employee just smiled and said it was a mistake and that they would change the price tag.nnToday, I needed to buy some construction materials, and they suddenly had a “new policy” that no one had heard of before—no more accepting $100 bills. The manager came over, looked at my bill, and told me they no longer take large bills, suggesting I go to a bank to break it.nnI will never set foot in this awful place again as long as they have staff like this!
I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this Canadian Tire store due to the rude behavior of an employee named Dollery. I entered the store and asked if I could ask her a question. She responded, “No, I’m not from here. This is not my department. Go press a button.”nnI was confused and said I couldn’t see any button. Instead of helping me, Dollery raised her voice, repeatedly stating, “Don’t you see a black button? Where’s the desk? The desk is there, you don’t see it?” I explained that English is not my first language and I was struggling to follow her instructions, but instead of showing me, she kept yelling at me and growing more aggressive.nnAt the end, I said, “Ma’am, you’re being rude to me.” This seemed to make her even more upset.nnEventually, another kind employee came over and addressed my question. While I was speaking with him, Dollery started yelling more and later singing in the background as if to mock me. It was a humiliating and frustrating experience that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome in the store.nnI hope Canadian Tire will address this incident and provide proper training to their employees on kindness, patience, and understanding toward all customers. It is not that difficult to be kind. I have never been treated like that in any store in Canada.
Manager David has no knowledge of Canadian currency. We wanted to pay for an item with a 21 year old $100 bill. He yelled that it was counterfeit money.nIt is fine if you don't want the bill cause it's 21 years old, but don't embarrass people yelling out that it is counterfeit.
