Esmail and the rest of the Service staff here are great. After calling what seemed like 20 places to find a replacement tire for my flat and told it would be up to 3 days to order Esmail said he could order it and have it there by 3pm. My Car was ready to go when I came back to get it. I'm very thankful that they were able to accommodate me with such a short turnaround time.
Worst auto shop. Booked an oil change for 12pm. They kept quoting different times like 1.5 hours and then after waiting that long they said 30min. When I go to the parking lot I see my car was never in the shop so the 30 min was lie just to keep me waiting. Basically my car sat in the parking lot for 1 hour and 45 minutes, despite getting to my appointment at 11:45am. Pure incompetency, wasted my afternoon. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE
The worst customer service ever from the store owner my assumption. Just to be verify he is not rude, he just does not have manner. He does not want to answer my question he does not have patience to even listen to my question. All in his head is money, he only think how can get the most money out of this guy. Totally understandable, because in every head nowadays just about money, but at least but some heart in the business. After all i would not recommend this place at all. Just go to costco get a cheaper tire with way better quality and better customer service.
My spouse went to this Canadian Tire looking for something that he had looked up online and knew that they should have some at this location. Upon entering the appropriate department, an employee approached him and asked if he needed any help. He explained he was looking and the employee said that it was in the back but did my spouse really need it today because he didn’t feel like going back there and looking for it. He then recommended that my spouse go to another store, again, because he didn’t feel like going into the back to find it.nnWhat is going on here? This is absolutely the worst service ever. It’s unclear if this was an act of racism or if this employee was truly too lazy to do the job he is paid to do, regardless this is pathetic and I strongly suggest people do not give this store their business.
Sebastian: The Antihero of Customer Service — Where Incompetence Evolves into Performance ArtnnFor every great superhero… there is an antihero. And in the tragicomedy that is modern customer service, Sebastian proudly wears that cape—inside out, backwards, and completely unaware.nnI reached out with a simple, reasonable request: a refund. What I received in return wasn’t help. It wasn’t clarity. It wasn’t even basic human decency. No—what I got was Sebastian, in full antihero mode. A man so committed to misunderstanding the purpose of his role, it borders on performance art.nnBut let’s not call it incompetence. That word doesn’t quite capture what Sebastian brings to the table. No—his approach deserves a new term. This is post-incompetence. A level where one isn’t just unhelpful—they become a philosophical obstacle. He managed to imply fraud with the grace of a toddler trying to explain quantum mechanics, all while keeping the smug tone of someone who read a single legal term and decided it was a superpower.nnHe didn’t solve a problem. He became the problem.nnIf customer service were a battlefield, Sebastian wouldn’t just be on the wrong side—he’d be selling tickets to watch the fire while holding the extinguisher.nnSo, bravo. If the company ever needs a case study in how to drive loyalty into the arms of a competitor, Sebastian is your guy.
