Large store and looks like a big selection of items. Went in as the Canadian tire website listed a specific Ram keychain with this location being the only one in BC that had stock. The staff were super helpful but the keychain listed did not match the one in stock standard Dodge Challenger type logo. Since I’m heading back to Germany the next day I bought it anyhow. Kudos to the staff, pity the item didn’t match.
Probably one of the biggest and cleanest Canadian tires I have ever visited! Spacious aisles with lots of products. They have a party city and petco as well. The auto service centre was also quite large. No qualms here - ended up browsing but was more so satisfied by how clean and new it seemed instead of crowded and claustrophobic.
Bought a defective product. The store would not allow me to return or give me a store credit. They only allowed to exchange for the same terrible product which I did not want after seeing how poor quality the product was. Canadian Tire does not stand behind the quality of their products. Should have given the option for a store credit. Just another greedy corporation that does not care about their customers, only concerned with profit. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Awful return/exchange policy.
The cashier is nice but the other sales person or worker there is looking at us weirdly and I’M VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I don’t know if it’s because of our race or what because I’m I’m wearing proper clothes with my pants and shirt. The look is like we are gonna steal something!!!! Tell your employee to stop looking their customer like they’re gonna eat them. BECAUSE THAT’S NOT NICE!!!!
When I brought my truck here, they were quick to find the problem with my radiator. It was end of the day, so they made sure I made it home safe and sound. My truck was ready at 11:00 the next morning and their service was quick! They have went above and beyond and I am happy with the service. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this to everyone!nSigned- A happy customer and I will definitely be a repeat customer.nThank you Canadian Tire staff for a great experience!
