Birthday balloons nGreat variety and colors got some for my granddaughter this week !

Fully renovated “gender neutral” bathrooms with no change tables for babies. Had to change my baby on a table in the waiting room in the automotive area.

Had an amazing experience during a snow storm, we had an accident and needed service on our vehicle and the mechanic and staff at the service desk were very friendly and accommodating with us! very much appreciated all of their help!

I would like to emphasize that this review pertains solely to the service we received at the Canadian Tire in Renfrew on Saturday, November 30, 2024. My husband and I were deeply disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior displayed by CJ, the service manager in the tire department dark hair.nnWe visited the store to confirm the installation of a set of four new Michelin tires scheduled for Sunday, December 1, 2024. Unfortunately, our interaction at the tire department counter turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience due to CJ’s attitude.nnMy husband, who is usually very patient, was so dissatisfied that he has vowed never to purchase tires or use any vehicle services at this location while CJ remains in the service department. This is a serious concern, as we have always enjoyed supporting businesses in our lovely town of Renfrew.nnWe believe customer service plays a vital role in maintaining a positive reputation for any business, and we hope this feedback encourages Canadian Tire to address these concerns and prioritize respectful, professional service for all customers.
