Auto shop review only - Absolutely terrible experience! Will not be coming back and would not recommend this location to anyone. I had an appointment for them to swap my tires out and do an oil change. Told me to come back in 2.5 hours. I left them my phone number and asked them to call me if anything changed. I show up 2.5 hours later, having not heard anything from them, for my car to still be parked where I left it with my winter tires. completely untouched! When I spoke with the representative they didn’t even apologize. They just said that I was next in line. I asked why I didn’t get a call to let me know and they didn’t have an answer. Things happen, but there’s no excuse for not calling and then not even being apologetic. Terrible customer service.
I just want to publicly say that Ethan from service is very attentive. He helped me out and answered all the questions I had about my car. He was incredibly nice and patient throughout—truly appreciated! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. And he looks good +.
What's happening to business? They don't answer the phone. I tried calling 3x simply to check stock on one item before driving to the store potentially needlessly. Tried auto center first call 10 min on hold, no answer. Tried auto parts 12 min on hold, no answer. Tried service counter, 10 min on hold, no answer. Finally end up driving to the store, literally more staff than customers, most of them doing nothing... nobody could answer the phone. Sad
Booked an appointment to get my tires changed. Waited over an hour and a half and my car wasn’t even touched it. When I go ask why it’s taking so long, I over hear the guy in front of me say he doesn’t have an appointment and the worker said that’s ok, we can take you now. When I confronted the worker, he just said sorry and to wait another 45 mins.nnDon’t book an appointment here. Just terrible.
