The man in the automotive department was very rude and overbearing when explaining something to him he seemed to have to be right even though he was asking what model what make he still had to make it like he knew what vehicle it already was as you're reading this doesn't make sense because that is exactly how he was my rating poor. The star I put on there is only so I can have this put out

The last time i was there The Little Mini-me manager ripped me off for a rachet wrench that was supposed to be replaced free on life time guarantee gave me the cheap $9.99 wrench in replacement...then today2yrs later never been in there since, The old lady and assistant were absolutely ugly to deal with on a return when I was tring to explain the contents of box were missing she said im reading it........then assistant came in and told other people to go ahead of me...absolutely classless never going there again just ugly.........even though we found out were the contents were I'd still wanted my money back it cheap garbage anyway...the management could care less anyway they got tons of money but not mine......(Just a Warning The Canadian junk website does not allow negative reviews and is not accurate of the quality of there products or performance of there horrible staff,therefor its fake!)
