I just want to say that the automotive employee who served me today was extremely understanding and sweet. I returned an RV battery for exchange and want to say this guy should have a wage hike and an award for best employee because he was so understanding and went way beyond his pay grade about my battery concerns.. please give him accolades - he deserves it!
Good selection and cashiers at the front are lovely.nThe bad side is that the folks who work in the specialty areas ie. Tools, auto parts etc. Have zero knowledge, it is like discussing tools with a toddler and hoping they know the answer. But when someone straight up told me they had no idea, and I asked if there was someone who might they said no probably not. And it wasn't a tricky question it was a pretty simple one about angle grinders. If you want to shop here do your research first, know exactly what you need and then go get it.
Not happy with this store. I would caution if you buy a battery there never loose the receipt otherwise you will be out of money even if that battery is only sold by them in house brand and it looks new and has the date of manufacture 2023 - 3 year warranty on it within the warranty period. They use the excuse that their battery warranty place is not owned by them and that they will not honor it without a receipt. Stick with Costco batteries, they are a sure thing, and they stand behind their product!nnFollow up to the post - I responded to their attempt to try to appear to respond to concerns and resolve the issue, it was a playcate, they still did not stand behind their product and just referred me back to the store for response via email, now to be lost in email excuses now. No response from their store and it has been over a week! Why bother to pretend you are trying to do something, when you never intended to do what was right for the issue stand behind your product. Total waste of time! Don't waste your time with their batteries, I learned the hard way.
The staff at this shop seem unprofessional and more focused on making money than providing quality service. I took my Audi there because of a noise, but they couldn’t even diagnose where the sound was coming from. They charged me $1,100 to replace the CV axle, which turned out not to be the problem, and then gave me an additional quote of $1,400 for suspension repairs — which also wasn’t necessary. Frustrated, I took my car to a local mechanic, who correctly identified and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest or competent service.
Has never been to this store till today. Really enjoyed the experience. I just needed two little things but had no idea where to find them staff were very friendly snd helpful And in less than ten minutes uses I had what I needed and was out the door! I'll definitely come back!
