A store where I enjoy shopping. Last week, while shopping in this store with my friend, we were treated with great disrespect. We finished our shopping and went to the cash register. We gave the products to the lady at the cash register and said hello. The lady did not answer us in any way and did not speak. We paid for the products and said have a good day, and he didn't answer, averting his eyes from us with a nervous expression on his face. He turned to the customer right after us and asked with a smiling face, "Hello, how are you today?" We thought it was only because we were immigrants. and it broke us a lot.
Owners and managers at this store are rude. I have called in to get prices to quote on small jobs. The latest was a hot water tank pricing. I was quoted $649.00 for a natural gas furnace. I .ade the quote and got the job. I came into the store and it was $997.00. The cashiers said I shouldn't pay $997. But theamager said not their fault for the wrong information.
Super customer service experience today. Christina took my phone call and assured me they’d rectify a purchase that had been mispackaged. This evening, Dewly made a trip out of town to my residence to bring me the correct part. Surpassed my expectations!
Other than waiting a ridiculously long time for help, after asking twice no one came. Thankfully other customers were helpful and I finally found what I needed, the previous time I went I helped my self to a ladder to get the topshelfnitend⁶
Always friendly staff, right now the store is working hard on renovations, hopefully this will give more space for display of new products and services. I always like to shop in this location.
Picked up my daughters bike from my online order, the bike came dirty, the wheels had dirt as if it was a tester/floor model. The rest of the bike upon further inspection was dusty, the decals were not placed properly so the dust settled underneath the stickers. Not to mention the original training wheels are nowhere to be found and they gave me ones that do not go with the bike. I am beyond disappointed in the service, If I didn’t have my kids with me, I would have been demanding a manager.
A good Canadian tire with everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is quite renovated. Overall nice experience with a touch of amazing.
I had a very distressing visit to the Hinton store. I purchased a portable stove and propane only to get it home and realize it required butane not propane. When I went back to swap it the conduct of the man behind the counter was mind boggling. He was rude, loud, sarcastic, dismissive and it only got worse. When I asked for his name he ran at me and screamed it into my face. I am not a large woman and it was very frightening. I reported it immediately to customer care via email but 3 days later they have not even acknowledged receipt of it.
The 2 stars are for auto and parts, they're helpful and great staff in my experience. Front staff/check out was pretty dismissive and unhelpful, not friendly.
Friendly staff and huge inventory make this one of my favorite stores in town!
