Very good place to shop however the guy at the auto shop front desk young guy is very irresponsible, books appointments then says he doesn't see it. Had to go pick up a part from him that they shop had left behind and went told i'd be there in 15 mins, goes for his long lunch break and doesn't leave it with his coworkers or anyone. When you go in to confirm parts, also ignores you because customers who take less effort by calling on the phone are more important that you waiting to be helped at the store. Very very disappointed with his level of professionalism
I recently visited Canadian Tire for a conventional oil change, and the service at the front desk was prompt and professional. However, during my store visit, I experienced some discomfort as one of the staff members seemed to be following me, perhaps concerned about theft. I believe a more effective training program and the use of cameras could enhance the shopping experience for customers. Overall, efficient service in the automotive department, but room for improvement in customer engagement within the store.nI paid 74.29$ HST included for the oil change 06 january 2024 at 16:44 .
Great customer service in the Auto shop and store, great helpful staff and the garage repair was excellent. Did not try and upsell things I didn't need, would definitely recommend getting car or truck service there.
Good store, easy to find what you need. Only thing would be they need to have more people at the front as there was only one person and it was quite busy.
Every time I come here, I’m always greeted the moment I walk in. The staff here is so friendly and an always ready to help! I wanted to thank the older gentleman who helped me pick out the perfect air fryer this week. He took his time with me, and even read every box with me to find the perfect one for our needs! I didn’t get his name, but he was waiting at the desk in the middle of the store ready to help.
