Discovered I had a flat tire in the parking lot. I asked automotive service if they had a tire replacement but sadly they didn’t. I went to put the spare on, and found the car didn’t have the key for the lug nut. One of the mechanics came out and got the spare off for me with what he had. Super nice guy, and went above and beyond to help me out. I truly appreciate the help and I hope he sees this. Awesome service. Thanks again!
The gentleman that helped me was amazing! Very helpful, I bought stools he took them down from the high shelf for me and made sure I had a proper cart so I could take them out to the vehicle. His humor and kindness was very refreshing I will definitely make the drive to go again.
I was going to get fuel near Southampton today and called this Canadian store to see if they had in stock something that the Owen Sound store was supposed to have, but didn't, some have the same feelings as I do about this particular location! They said that they did, and then went to confirm their answer. That was good enough for me. So, through sleet and rain I ventured out to get the planned purchases for the day. I have never seen a store like this. It was packed full of merchandise, and also, I've never seen so many CT employee's in my shopping experience within this organization. Hang in there, I'm almost done. Although it's a little further for me to travel, I'll definitely be coming here to shop when I need something from C T. Really impressed with selection and great service from this store.
A great place to shop and well worth the drive from Owen Sound. Port Elgin Canadian Tire is VERY well managed. Staff are always friendly. Well organized and stocked. Clean environment. Excellent!!
Went in for an item that said 1 left in stock.They didn't have it so i ended up settling for a different item. Then an employee approached me to ask I leave my backpack at the front. I could've had the biggest hand tote and that would've been no problem but that's not safe on a motorcycle so I had my backpack instead... It's 2022, I thought discrimination against a bag that's on your back and harder to access than a tote would have ended by now but I guess Canadian tire prefers to tell people no backpacks and hope that reduces their theft instead of figuring out a solution that actually works. Love how the item I wanted to buy was clearly stolen but I was the one to get treated like a thief. What a lovely visit.
Heck of a Canadian Tire. They're superior to other Canadian tires and stay humble and polite. Never do they talk down to other Canadian tires. All about exclusivity. Thanks for the drill and the hose clamp.

Well organized and most of the staff are very helpful. There are a few that just don't know what they are doing or talking about or just dont care. When asking them where to find a part, we were directed to another section and literally told that anyone of these would do, when in fact, no they wouldn't. After he said, "here you go, any of these will do. Ok, see ya." He walked away. My husband and I just looked at each other and shook our heads. We have encountered that several times when wr have gone and it has mostly been in the automotive department and mostly with the teenagers. I understand giving jobs to them, but at least make sure they have some knowledge before they are allowed to give the customers help.
I was looking for a particular garment to keep the rain off. The lady there helped me find what I needed, a rain coat. Thank you so much lady.
Amazing customer service. I ordered some bulk exercise items. Their delivery team took great care in loading them into my car. They have to adjust them a couple of times to make sure everything fits well and I need not make a second trip. All this was done with a smile!! Will recommend this place to anyone in a blink of an eye. Thank you!!
