Staff are great. Not as knowledgeable as one would like but they have a large staff and finding a person isn’t hard. No issues with this place. The lady that seems to run the garden centre is very knowledgeable though and a solid asset to this establishment. If you have gardening questions try to grab her. Compared to other Canadian Tires this one is pretty good. Since this one is in Keswick I’d assume their stock would be light and run into stocking issues as I have at other Canadian Tires. As of today no problem. Have always had what I needed. I also find their online purchase to pick up in store efficient and useful compared to other companies that try to do the same and cause more of a headache. Pricing seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes they are out to lunch on some pricing and sometimes they are way better. Recommend reviewing online and comparing pricing with other places to confirm getting the best price for the same item.

Not only is Dan the customer service representative in the automotive department rude, but the service manager Mike is also rude, and Francis the store manager doesn't care about the customer or how they are treated. Just wanted to let the store owner Gary Johnson to know that he has lost all my business because of how I was treated. ZERO stars from me even though I had to give one to be able to post this.

My rating is simply based on the automotive department. Had an appointment, Waited an hour went back to get my vehicle and it wasn't even in the shop. Poor time management skills. Will never use the automotive department again. Even if it is just for changing tires.

I always love Canadian Tire. They have some really good deals there right now. Some stuff I already have so I didn't have to get it again. Fairly nice people working in this location because it's close to the country and country people are a little bit more patient than city Folk

Online inventory does not match stock. New cash register setup is a joke took out half an aisle to make small exit lane, no room to leave store when your pissed they don't have stock as shown online. As always a frustrating shopping experience.
