Canadian Tire

I'm having an issue with my car and I'm from Ontario heading to new Richmond so I'm a little ways from home. Stopped in last night and they tried to help me and speak fantastic English btw, but couldnt. Today they were able to squeeze my car in because ( hopefully) it isnt a big fix and should be on my way soon. Either early, the people here have been fantastic!

Saturday, March 10, 2017, had to have my car towed in from the Hotel Drummond when it would not start. David Blanchette told me that they were very busy, but he would see what he could do to help me. And they did! They found the time to examine it, and assess the problem. The verdict was a balky starter, which they would not be able to replace that day. But they did an oil change, recharged the battery, and got the car started, allowing us to continue on our way to Shediac, New Brunswick. The starter is still protesting, but now that it isn't so cold at least it starts. Once we are home in Pickering I will have the starter replaced. Thanks to David, and to Simon Poulin who worked on it. Excellent job, myself and my family appreciate it very much.
