Canadian Tire

I Called the Canadian Tire store in Fenelon Falls to see if they price match with Princess Auto. The person in customer service said that they do, as long as I had printed information from Princess Auto that shows that the item that I want to purchase is identical. I drove 20 minutes to the store. I went to customer service to pay for the item with the printed information and I was told that they no longer do price matching??? I told her that I specifically called the store and asked if they price match and I was told that they did. She called the manager on duty and she told me that they do not price match any longer, and that this was from the corporate headquarters. I asked her when was this policy put in place? She replied that it was sometime in October. I told her that there is something wrong here, because just a couple of days ago I bought a product from Canadian Tire in Lindsay and that there was no issue with price matching. I will never go back to this Canadian tire ever again! What a complete waist of my time! What bothers me the most is that they made a mistake and they did not even try to make the situation right nor did they seem to care! Nice attitude!

Do not use Party City here. The helium balloons fail within a few hours and you won't get all of your money back. I took the time to choose 3 nice bouquets. All but 2 of the balloons failed and they figured I shouldn't be refunded for those 2. Ridiculous! Later after dealing with one of the managers in store, customer service reached out and did refund my money.

I would like to Thank Mike at the auto service centre he was so accommodating and went above and beyond the call to help my wife and I get our car repaired as retires money is tight but Mike did a great job helping keep costs inline Thank-you Mike

With our work schedules it is hard to find time to get things done for our vehicles. Let my truck tires wear down to the point they were balding. Dan had the tires in stock but we needed Mike to find time for us. Got in today and Liam installed them and let us know some issues to watch for in the future. Great operation going on at this store. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and willing to be as helpful as possible. Even our final bill didn't send me into cardiac arrest. Awesome job to all in this store. Even if you're farther than Orillia for a Canadian Tire you've got our business.

Aisles are too crowded it's impossible to walk around comfortably and customers are always crammed literally shoulder to shoulder. Too close for comfort. I would only shop there in a pinch.

I wish they had a larger auto service team. They do a good job, but it's a 2 week lead time, to diagnose the problem, to order parts, to have a car repaired.

I enjoy going here way more than before because the lines used to take forever! Every time I'm in there now, I can almost always get help. Kudos to this store! I went in during a power failure recently. Instead of closing its doors and turning people away, they stayed open. I had a personal escort through the dark store who helped me get what I needed while taking codes down. There was an old school credit card machine, too! They took my number in case of any mistakes. It all took a lot of time, effort, and patience I'm sure! Every time a customer came in, someone was at the door waiting to help! I have never been more impressed by a retail store! The team seems to work really well together. Thanks for everything CT Fenelon Falls!

I do like Master crafts for your warranty on all the tools that's outstanding as long as you keep your receipt

The phone management at this store is about the worst of any store I have dealt with. This is not a new problem, they keep trying but they still don't have it right. Today after calling their main number, then ext 2 for auto parts, the only response I ever got was leave a number and we will call you back. Because they did not a call back in a reasonable time, I called again, and again. Then I dialed 0 for the main desk. The first time the phone was picked up and hung up, with even acknowledging the call. Just hung up on me! The second time the call was answered. Just as I thought, the clerk explained that the employee for auto parts did not start work until 9 am! I got the feeling thought her inferred surly attitude that I was somehow suppose to be clairvoyant and know enough to call auto service, and not her. Once through, the support person was helpful, and even put me on hold to check inventory. After an extended period, the phone system disconnected me! Management is certainly at fault for not having a supportive phone system, and certainly at fault for allowing poor phone answering skills. All in all, CTC cost me about 1 1/2 hours this morning. Too bad I can't send them a bill.

This store is cramped. There's no room to move in the isles. Check out is super slow.
