Canadian Tire

I went to this location today and the manager Eric went above and beyond. I asked about something outside and he immediately opened the door for me as the outside section was closed. Then I asked about a paddle boat they had I asked about delivery and Eric delivered it in his own personal vehicle a hr later.

Who doesn't love Canadian Tire? Always something for the kitchen or home I need that I can't get elsewhere in my little town. I dislike being charged delivery for non tax purchases but if they keep the price fair it's ok if I buy a few items that makes it worth while. Sure in Quebec there's always been a ignorance on the part of Quebecers to speak any other language so I've learned French over the years. Immigrants often speak up to 5 languages so I think that's intelligent on their part. It is what it is. I always get great service in the automotive and other sections. Returning purchases can be slow and it's ridiculous I'd have to use the exact same bank card to do so..as they can be lost and replaced Managment is always kind and helpful.

Update:nWish I could give 0 stars.nnAgain another horrible experience at the Maniwaki Canadian Tire. I can hardly beleive this place isnt under new management yet. They give the brand a bad name. Do not even bother shopping here.nnNever have I ever seen such aweful customer service. Attitudes and powertrips that are consisently a waste time.nWhat ever happened to.. the customer is always right?! Here it seems to be more like.. the customer is always wrong!
