Great selection and fair prices. The service center, while slow at times, is where we get all our car maintenance and repairs done. Glenn has always been honest and open about what needs to be done to stay safe and what could be done to keep our vehicles in new condition.

The auto parts desk customer service is simply awful. I was waiting to have a key cut and the service reps simply ignored me while they walked around and chatted with each other. They literally didn't even look at me for a good 5 minutes while I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me.

This place is ridiculous. One service guy stares at you from behind the counter, no greeting even when you say hi to him first, and then he just tells you to go ask for someone else who isn't even anywhere to be found. What a failure. Avoid this store at all costs!!

Everything is so expensive. When they have a sale that should be the regular Price. Sorry it's probably just me thinking this.
