My wheel was broken by a service person when I requested the seasonal tire change service, and it took 5 days to get a replacement wheel. During the waiting period, I had to use taxis and public transportation, but the manager only offered me a $20 discount. This does not cover my unnecessary expenses. Additionally, his attitude was very rude, and he did not apologize. Instead, I heard him using FXck words immediately after he went to the back area.nnI am very disappointed that he tarnishes the value of the store. because I like this store's retail section and have always enjoying shopping here.
Has to be the prettiest Canadian Tire in existence today!!nService was avg but there’s not much to be said for department store service anyways.nnThere’s ample parking & a decent selection of outdoor hiking/activities gear to choose from.
WORST CANADIAN TIRE IVE EVER BEEN TO.July 30 2024 our vehicle just stopped charging on Trans canada hyway , this was first day of holidays.AAA towing company towed our vehicle to Canadian tire in Canmore.Slept in truck that night ..and as soon as store opened we went in to get auto department to check out our truck.We were told they could not even look at it for 2 weeks. Mechanic was very abrupt and could careless what the situation was.We told him we needed to buy a new battery. He did sell us one for $211.00 over priced by a bout $60.00. I said you will install it ...he said NO he was to busy .We were on holidays and did not have all the tools ..finally he lent us the tools to get the battery in truck. WOW ..We only needed a new battery to drive to Wolf Chevy dealership which I reccomend highly.This Canadian Tire is the worst service and human caring I have seen in a long time ..please do every other option to AVOID this Canadian tire. In the end my truck needed a new alternator..Try never to break down in Canmore...Canadian tire sucks...hotels range from $460.00 to $ 800.00 a night. Not much to do here if your not a hiker. We were very disgusted with this auto department at Canadian Tire Canmore 1110 gareway Avenue this mechanic needs to be working in a back room and NEVER deal with customers he is HEARTLESS AND COLD.

Samuel in the auto shop deserves a raise! He was so helpful and friendly my wipers blades stopped working when it was pouring rain and it was suppose to rain next few days and I was getting ready to leave town he went above and beyond to be helpful and got my problem fixed so it was safe for me to drive! If you go to this shop to get anything done ask for Samuel!
