My youngest daughter had almost $800 worth of work performed on her car. She soon after brought her car back regarding a loud noise heard. They test drove the car and said they could not hear anything. When she arrived home in NL and brought her car to the garage, they diagnosed that the emergency brake attachments were rusted off and dragging on the pavement. Very disappointed!!! Not good enough!!!nnMy older daughter had an appointment to get her tires changed over. They also suggested some more repairs, until we informed them that those same repairs were completed last year at their dealership. Unbelievable!!!
AMAZING service from Party City at this Canadian Tire location. I wanted to send my son, a student at STFX, a balloon bouquet to celebrate his birthday since I couldn't be with him because I live in another province. Party City was the only place I could find in Antigonish that has balloon bouquets, but they don't technically deliver, which I totally understand. However, Alf went above and beyond to help me get the balloons to my son. He told me how to order online and arranged to have them delivered. I believe the owner's wife, my apologies if this is wrong, offered to deliver them to the campus free of charge - just out of the goodness of her heart! I'll be making a donation to Canadian Tire's Jumpstart program to thank them and pass on the kindness. I'm so thankful for all the help!!
I would like to Thank Tyron for everything he did for me. He was Very knowledgeable. Friendly and explained everything. I would also like to Thank Corrie. He did a great job. I bought balloons for a friend today and was helped by a very friendly and patient employee Sawyer. The young man was helpful with providing advice on the product and dealing with myself and my friends endless joking as we do love to laugh. He kept a smile on his face with every far too lengthy decision making process and even made small connections with myself and my amigo. In the end we were helped quickly, efficiently, expertly and kindly by your sweet Sawyer. Thank him again for us.
I have been calling the automotive desk for days now to make an appointment for my car and nobody answers the phone!? Now, I have to go there in person to either make an appointment or discuss what is going on with my car!? Why should I have to do that at all?
