Canadian Tire is not just a place for shopping everything you need for gardening, beaching, BBQ,and auto parts, it’s also the guardian of your car! The first time I came was for replacement tires, and the second time was for maintenance, both of which gave me thorough cleaning and explanation! Thank you guys!
I bought a treadmill on Dec 26, 2024 and after a lot of effort getting it downstairs and installing it I dies after 1 day of use. 4-6 weeks to replace the defective parts from manufacturer. The treadmill itself will get its own 1 star review. I think to myself no problem, I'll return to the store. No returns on opened products even if they are defective. I don't need a $1300 store credit or another poorly build machine thank you, but apparently those are my only options. Will no longer be shopping Canadian Tire. I guess I got used to other stores with much more reasonable return policies.
I recently visited Canadian Tire and was impressed by their wide selection of products, from tools to home goods. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. The prices are reasonable, and the loyalty program is a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable one-stop shop for all my home improvement needs!
I visited this Canadian store and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The customer service ladies lacked friendliness; they didn't greet me with a smile or offer assistance. It felt like they weren't very interested in helping, which left me feeling unwelcome. I hope the management can work on improving the customer service experience to make shoppers feel more valued.
The website says there are 9 in stock at this location. So I go to this location. I go look down the aisle and there is nothing there. So I go look for an employee. Hahahaha good freaking luck. Took me over 10 minutes and still no one. I had to go to the front and they had to call someone. So the person helped and still no product.nThe moral of the story is don't trust the website when they say they have stock they really don't. All the technology and they still can't master it lol. Or maybe they should hire more employees and then at least the customer can get help
