Canadian Freightways

Package was lost for a few days, but recovered. The tracking details were abit vague. The delivery man was polite and hard working. A good reputable company.

We recently started using Van-Kam, and we are pleased as punch. The phone agents know exactly what they're talking about, they're quick and efficient, and I love how my pick up and drop offs go smoothly. Our driver is great, he's quick at his job, which is so helpful since our parking lot is oriented so that customers will get blocked in. Their prices are great as well, even though I don't have an account, which gives a discount. We will continue to use them as our shipping company!

Van-Kam is an essential part of our business and they provide us with excellent service. It's a difficult job and problems will happen but we're always able to get things figured out and keep everything moving along. Everyone on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands should be very thankful companies like this service us.

This company has held my freight for over a week. Horrible customer service. Plenty of better freightliners out there with better customer service. They will not remedy any problems. Talking to them is like talking to a wall. I have requested that all my freight be delivered through other carriers.

Van-Kam NANAIMO have been super. Shanlee not sure about spelling..sorry : in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with - pleasant, professional and enthusiastic. Big shout out to her! And, Dwayne, who delivered my freight also did a great job. Thanks Van-Kam Nanaimo!

tagged our tele / cable line while unloading products, then drove away without saying anything after he looked at it , when i called van kam the receptionist said call shaw its not our fault, the lines are to low ..... lol talk about integrity ..

Very unreliable service, very disorganized, does not deliver within your delivery window and always has excuses, but on the plus side many of the drivers are pleasant to deal with.

Very friendly staff I enjoyed the service great value for shipping large equipment
