We've been taking our little dog to Germany for the past 7 years this year included. Up until the last 2 years, the service was efficient, helpful and friendly. When arriving for appointment, I'd be in and out within 10 minutes. Last year, the authority official was not helpful. She disapproved us after a lengthy wait. This year, their system changed asking all documents be pre-approved before appointment. After gathering vaccination and signed health certificates before granting an appointment, it took them more than 2 hours to sign and stamp my documents.... If this was a private office with inefficient staff and unhappy customers, this business wouldn't last long.
If you booked an appointment, this is the wrong office. Correct one is on 4321 Still Creek Dr. Especially leaving a 1 star because the lady went into this CFIA office in front of me without even bothering to inform me I’m at the wrong address. I even knocked etc. Takes common sense and decency to develop some etiquette but it seems to be lost when you work for the government I guess.
