This place is the most unprofessional, rip off institution exam writing centre I have ever seen. They lack proper communication, they're absolute liars and cost me my education on top of charging me to write exams in which they didn't completely have. NEVER WILL I EVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I will be report them to they head office and the schools associated with it that recognize them as an test writing centre.

Extremely unprofessional institution. No care for their students and they are very irresponsible. I wrote an exam there as they are apart of the CIN (Canadian Invigilator Network) for an online course from a school in British Columbia. I bought a 2-day mailer envelope for them to mail my exam in, and they were extremely irresponsible and put it in a STREET MAILBOX rather than dropping it off at the post office (they told me they would drop it off at the post office). I called the next day and they confirmed it was dropped off at the post office, yet I couldn't track the package online with the tracking number, so when I called Canada Post they told me it wasn't dropped off at the post office otherwise I would be able to track it. So I called CCBST back since they LIED, and then they changed their wording and said they put my exam into a street mailbox..... This will take much more time now to get my exam to BC and I need my transcript asap (which I told CCBST) so they don't really care about their students and are extremely unprofessional and must be a terrible institution in general. I strongly suggest you avoid them.
