The installers were very professional they did a large job in one day and cleaned up after themselves and instructed us on how to properly open close and lock our new windows. We had a very tricky back door installation on a house that is 200 years old and 2ft thick solid stone. The door looks fantastic and they did a nice job of trimming it out on the outside and left us the wood trim for the interior as we are finishing the back room first. Good work reasonable pricing.

I just had new windows and doors installed. The entire process was fantastic. From the sales person helping me select my windows and doors right up to the installation and clean up. Everything was great. They cleaned up after too!!! They were placed a door and a window with an 8 foot patio door, and I couldn’t be happier with the install. They fixed the brick.

Canadian Choice windows and doors did a fantastic job with our window to European patio door conversion. They had to make a cut out in brick wall and enlarge the opening. Vince gave us a great quote and Igor and his crew Took their time, were very professional, detail oriented, personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished project. They cleaned up after as well. Would hire again!

I had new windows put in by this company and am very pleased with not only the windows , but the service and I found the prices to be very fair . The two guys that installed my windows were very polite and friendly . They cleaned up everything when they were done , no mess left behind and they even took away the ugly old windows that they replaced . I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future if I ever decide to replace any of my other windows . I guarentee you won’t regret dealing with them , I certainly don’t and I’ve recommended them to all of my friends after I had my windows done . I even left their sign on my lawn for weeks later just to give them some free advertising!! They deserved it !! I sold the trailer recently and the new home owner is happy with the windows too !

If not for the 1 business day notice cancelation and rescheduling without compensation this company would have gotten 5 stars. No, no rain delay. If we had canceled within a days notice, I'm sure a penalty would have had to be paid, but reversal of roles, nothing given, nothing even offered. That was disappointing. Heard about and saw their workmanship at a friend's place and decided to call for a quote. We were lucky enough to have Stan Rait come out, had a walk through, gave his recommendations as to what would look good in our home and was patient enough to leave us to decide. No pressure. After the rescheduling, we had the pleasure of meeting Miro and Ivan, our installers. Friendly, professional, took pride in their work, worked efficiently and carefully and completed our install of 9 windows, 1 front door, and 1 sliding door in literally 9 hours. We couldn't have asked for a better team. And as for Stan's recommendations, he was spot on. Thanks Stan, Miro and Ivan!

I recently got 12 new windows and a front door from Canadian choice. There sales guy Joe came out and gave us competitive pricing with quality and service that in our opinion was the better than any of 5 other companies that came out to give us a quote. Joe was imperative in helping us plan out and design our window upgrades with excellent suggestions and ideas and was excited to help us see are dream come true. We just had them installed last week and I cannot believe how amazing it turned out. Most of my neighbors have walked by and are shocked at how amazing the new windows look. We loved the windows so much that I had Joe come back out tonight as we just ordered 2 more European doors and another window for a bedroom! I have told my friends and relatives about how happy I am with my choice to go with Canadian choice and I will now offer you that same recommendation. I truly feel like these were the best balance of quality, price, functionality, look you can get on the market right now. The installers we had were also respectful and did an amazing job. Complete with red carpet treatment. From the moment I met with Stan Rait from Canadian Choice, I knew this was the company for my home, and they delivered above my expectations. During the quotation process, we desired many variations so that we could decide which direction was going to give us the best outcome within our budget. Along with follow up questions and clarifications that Stan was only too happy to look into and provide answers for. Upon his recommendation we opted for an awning style window in the kitchen to eliminate the mullion, it is now my wife's favorite window in the house. We were able to schedule insulation for our attic and they have been looking after co-ordination of the home energy audit for the grants as well. We looked at 3 other companies for our windows, we were able to get triple pain for the price of what other companies were supplying double pain. The other companies said that the home energy audit was solely our responsibility. Finally the sales tactics we experienced were off putting. We opted out of the interior trim as it will be accomplished while other interior renovations are completed. As for the exterior, the skills of Vasily and his crew are top notch. They understand how to give a truly clean finish AND for those in the know, their caulking skills are unparalleled can easily ruin a beautiful finish when done poorly. The spray insulation was performed both on the inside 1st followed by the same process on the exterior side, this ensures a full seal against drafts and cold transfer. From meeting with Stan, having Vasily in our home and dealing with their office consumer care the entire experience has been emotional painless. I cannot stress how much I will recommend and use Canadian Choice Windows and Doors in the future.

Windows were installed on Jan 10, 2022. Installer had to return twice to fix caulking and window leaks cold air Window leaked during heavy rain on May 21 on to the basement floor. Window was removed and reinstalled Aug 26, 2022. Since then I have noticed a water coming in to the house through the frame. According to the installers this is normal. Water is supposed to come in through the window then leave the house through exterior drains. I was under the impression that I had bought "Premium Grade" windows that would at the very least be water tight. The final straw was yesterday's attempted repair. He hacked at my window frame with a knife to "hide" the water ingress. It looks horrible and amateurish. The second front window lower slider was left broken. The original windows from 1974 didn't allow a drop of water in to my house. I fail to understand how this can begin to be considered normal or acceptable for a ground level window. It looks like I will be out of pocket to replace this windows with something that doesn't leak.

We received a total of 7 quotes, some were very painful and two very unprofessional. The quote process with Canadian Choice was a very relaxed but comprehensive inspection a measurement of our Windows and doors. After, we discussed our vision and what we were looking for with the finished product. The Front Door was a suggestion by our rep, Joe .
