I rarely write reviews for any place but CBC deserves a five star!  I took a diploma course in makeup with Mahera and I have learnt so much in these five months. She designes her course template in such a organized and considerate way, which combines beauty theory, professional demos, and pratice together to ensure that you can really learn. Other than teach you how to do makeup, the diploma program also help you to look for jobs in the beauty industry or develop & manage your business. There are also opportunities for you to be a part of masterclass and brand fairs because the school has collaboration with brands such as Make Up For Ever!  Had such a amazing experience and highly recommend for people who'd like to be a part of the beauty industry.

I took the Makeup diploma with Mahera and it was amazing! The program itself is pretty complete, but having Mahera as a teacher for me was a game changer. Not only is she an accomplished MUA, but she is also an amazing teacher. She pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and helped me to become a better and more confident artist. If you're taking this diploma I highly recommend you do it with her.

Being an almost graduate student for Medical Aesthetics at CBC Toronto Campus, I would have to say that it was a life changing experience. I had such amazing people that surrounded this wonderful journey of mine, from my classmates to the staff members who were so thoughtful and motivating.  Thank you to my incredible teachers with their amazing knowledge of their craft and ability to share that with me.  Thank you to my amazing classmates who kept us in good spirits together and worked as a team to help each other grow.  Thank you to the amazing staff members, Alisa and Triana, as I was trying to figure out what program I needed, you made that pathway clear and to my desires.  Thank you to my campus manager and clinic supervisor, Loredana and Valeria, whom have not only taught me so much knowledge of the beauty industry but help me figure out where I fit in it.  I appreciate all that you have done for me.  I appreciate all that this school has to offer me and for all the wonderful laughs, life lessons and education. I will never forget it. :

As a current student at Canadian Beauty College, I have nothing but good things to say about the school and the Makeup Artist Diploma program. The classes are enjoyable whether it’s lecture or practical and the staff and students create a good environment where you can be yourself and ask for help if needed. My teacher, Thea, is a big reason for my success in this course. I decided to take this course at a difficult time in life but it seems to have been the best time. She goes above and beyond to help us get the most out of class and is great at giving constructive criticism and keeping up your confidence. Her knowledge and skills in makeup artistry/industry are impressive and I feel lucky to have been able to have her as my instructor during my term.

I truly had such a great experience at this school. I initially started with the skin care certificate and laser tech certificate and changed to the full Medical Aesthetics diploma. Every experience you have is what you make of it. If you show up everyday, try and work hard this will be such a fulfilling experience!  The teachers were all helpful with questions and I’ve even been able to email them or call after being done for help and questions. As much as I liked all the teachers and administrators at the school I’d have to say Christina is just above and beyond. She’s so smart, so helpful, kind and beautiful and will teach for every learning type. I’m so happy I went back to school for a career change and I’m very pleased with the experience and knowledge I gained. There was a change in ownership while I was attending which made a few days a little unorganized but, that’s life. There will be days in home life, work life and personal life that don’t go as planed, we’re all human and if a few bad days ruin an experience, you’re not going to like working with the public anyway. Thank you CBC! You’re all amazing!
