Tried to get a business number online, was refused. Called in, was refused. Was told to write a letter, never got anything back after waiting months. Called in and they told me that they already issued the number, but I would need to provide information from the letter I never received before they would release the number to me over the phone. Literally impossible.

They owe me money! And have not dealt with it for months! Have made several phone calls! Each time they say “yes” we see that you have overpaid. “Yes” we owe you money. Will call you back. And then I call again weeks later and they say yes, we owe you money, will get back to you within five business days. It has been several phone calls and several months! If I owed them money they be on it pretty fast! Can I charge them interest?

Charged me 1400$ in benefits because they messed up my marital Status and refuse to fix it

I was treated rudely when I called. The agent in question has clearly been at her job too long. I was not asking for money, just access to my account.You would think I Was asking for state secrets.

I got locked out of my account. I tried calling and was put in a three hour hold only for you all to hang up on me. This has happened two times now and I am sick of it.

"Please note that there is no walk-in counter service offered in any CRA locations."

I hate the CRA.
