I am currently facing a dire situation due to Canada Post St.Laurent mishandling of my shipment—a hunting rifle from Ontario. Despite the significant financial loss and the potential threat to public safety posed by the disappearance of such a sensitive item, Central Canada has shown a shocking lack of concern or action even five days after the scheduled delivery date.nnThis negligence is not just inconvenient; it's a grave risk to public safety. I urge all potential customers to reconsider using Canada Post services until they demonstrate accountability and a commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.nnCentral Canada must take immediate action to rectify this situation and prioritize the security of their customers' shipments. Anything less is unacceptable and puts us all at risk.nI attached the ticket that shows the date I should receive the item which is not received so far
They accept only mail with stamp. Cannot get it stamped here.
I want to say thank you to the security guy that helped me yesterday afternoon to get my shoes as he was waiting for a supervisor to help me get my shoes as I worked as a christmas temporary! :
They can't track their packages, supposed to be delivered by the end of the day but it never left the warehouse. Customer service only able to apologize without giving any solution. Never experienced this level of incompetence in other delivery services.
