I was in line 15 minutes before closing and I was the 4th person in line. I'm only dropping a few letters, but she refused to serve any other people in line except the first person in line. She told us after standing in line 3 minutes prior to closing. That's ridiculous, she should've told the customers when she saw people lining up and expect them to be okay with that after lining up?? Just have better customer service, be considerate of people's time. I know they close at 9 but we are customers and that is how you loose people.

This place is always understaffed and the one employee that works there looks so tired and disgusted that it looks like she’s going to quit and walk out any second. The biggest issue I have is just just how god damn slow the service is. The manager of this store needs to stop being cheap on labour and hire at least 2 employees for better efficiency and customer service.

Came in to purchase some express envelops, staff was great! Friendly and fast. She worked well through the long line up.

Went there on a Sunday. Rude Customer service rep. Unable to answer basic questions. Was not willing to help. Filed a complaint with Canada post customer service.
