Canada Post

Lately I’ve had to pick up some of my packages because for some reason it never came even though they were already out for delivery in the morning. It’s such a hassle because I do not drive. I’m very disappointed because it’s been happening to me lately.

I am extremely disappointed in the pure laziness that the Main post office showed. I had been waiting for a package for awhile by tracking the process on my Canada Post app. My package had shown "Delivered" but I hadn't received my package nor a parcel slip saying my package was ready to be picked up. After calling both postal locations I located the lady that "Delivered" it and was told because there was no unit number she just left it in the mail room on top of the mailboxes. I'm sorry but that is extremely unprofessional. My previous encounters with Canada Post in a situation like that a parcel slip would of either been left on a sticky note on the security door and the package would be brought back to Canada Post where I'd have to go with my ID to be able to pick it up, why this step was skipped is beyond me but I feel this office should be held accountable for this 100%.

If you are talking about 41 railway crossing post office, they are amazing! The post office inside shoppers drug mart however is -5 stars for the utter of incompetence of one of the workers there. Apathy emanates from her like the sun ejects plasma.
