I always get my packages in the late afternoon even though the package itself has been in the facility for at least 24 hours. The people who deliver my package always come at weird and very inconvenient times and are most of the time very slow. I've even had packages not come when they were suppose to be delivered. Also the mail carrier (with the letters) doesn't come until the afternok either which is really annoying and inconvenient as well. Someone should hire more capable package and letter carriers that deliver BEFORE noon.

I came to them with a request to find my lost mail, which was extremely important to me. They tracked it down within less than an hour and it was delivered to my mailbox that same day. Everyone make mistakes (in this case delivery driver overlooked the address), however post office representative and their supervisor definitely demonstrated a great costumer service. Thank you!

My passport was left in the mailbox without anyone signing for it. I've gotten a delivery suspension because of my "threatening" black lab. Most recently the mail lady left a delivery notice on the gate without ringing the doorbell or knocking while my wife was home all day. Not getting my birthday present was pretty lame, but the fact my identity could have been stolen makes this guy reall upset. If possible use another courier.

They keep delivering parcels into my box that are clearly marked for a different address. Wonder if I'm getting parcels delivered somewhere else?
