Friendly staff, so far the ones I have interacted with are bilingual. This is a big plus for someone who first language is not English. So far my packages have all arrived at their destination. I always go before 1 and it’s never busy. I’m sure the rush hour is when everyone is on their way home from work.

I arrived at 11am and the employee told me that it opens at noon on a Saturday, even though the information sheet and the website say it's supposed to be open from 9am to 5pm. Very poor service.
I went to drop off a package, already ready, on the Google page it was indicated that it closed at 4:00 p.m., once there, the clerk, a man in his twenties, told me that it was closed, I told him said that on the form it was open and simply insulted me by telling me that I was stupid and that we couldn't control what Google entered as the opening time, I told him that a well managed company could actually put the holiday schedule online to prevent customers from showing up for nothingnnFinally, he told me that I knew nothing about that, a bit ironic since it's my job to create Google business profiles.nnMe being managers of this company, I would make a cost 101 to thenpoliteness by its staff
