The kindest, most patient, wonderful people work here. They deserve many more than 5 stars. Going to get the mail is one of my favorite 'chores'.
As a Granum resident we have unfortunately not had easy access to our post for a few months now due to structural issues of the post office building. We now have to commute to Claresholm where a temporary station has been set up to collect our mail.nToday I arrived to collect our mail and the door was locked. I went into the Clareholm post office and asked to collect my mail. Where I was refused and told to come back at a later time.nI understand these are technically two separate post offices under one building however, are all employees not hired through the same company?nI left feeling shocked and frustrated and to be quite honest cannot believe that a staff member of the Canada post could refuse to get my mail.nAs Granum residents we do not have the luxury of a post box and key to access our mail, we have to drive out of our way, within office hours when most people are working.nI have placed a formal complaint with Canada post headquarters too. To the Granum residents the audacity to expect a Canada post employee to move from the front counter and have to actually collect our mail.

One of the postal people have been fairly incovinent and rude . i have had nothing but issues dealing with this person. I am not the only one who has said this either. Canada post needs to really look into thier staff and how the operate these establistments in this small southern alberta area . i will not use the person by name . but i think it is time she retires from both positions she fills . i have gotten nothing but low standards from canada post. Even down to not being able to stay open 3 minutes longer to sell stamps and postal boxes . in a time of crisis . if you can't fufill the needs . than quit your job
