This company is a monopoly that terrorizes people with their poor service, they will throw your package on the ground, then when it gets stolen you can't find anyone here to answer for it. If your package arrived and they didn't lose it on the way and it wasn't stolen then you're lucky. They also stuff your little mailbox with paper trash and throw the parcels wherever they want.
I wish I had remembered to ask their names this morning, Friday 19/11/21 at this branch. Two gentlemen and one lady bent over backwards trying to help me. They were so friendly and helpful. I needed a box for Xmas item and one of the gentlemen went over with my item and found the proper box, put it together and I was ready to go. The other man and lady went on their screens to try to find out some information about an e-mail I had received yesterday about a parcel not having the right address, etc. They checked everywhere and finally told me that it was probably a scam. I was VERY VERY impressed with the service that I got this morning and I want to say KUDOS to you all. Your attitude and friendliness and helpfulness was a complete difference from what I got yesterday at another office but we won't go there. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MERRY CHRISTMAS! I sure hope you get to see this comment.
I had a good experience overall. I went to pick a mail.
I went in to mail a prepaid package. I went in with my own tape ect expecting to need to use it as I normally have to at other CP drop offs. They were so sweet… they basically waved me off when I said I brought my own tape. It was definitely a nice change and they were so cheerful!! Thank you for making a normally mundane thing to do a better one and leaving with a smile
A Canadian Company that can not follow through. Awful service. They get paid to deliver a parcel as a service. I have been home all day awaiting a delivery. I have not left the house all day, literally awaiting this box. Not once. Delivery time usually 12-12:30. Didn't show. So I watch all afternoon. No show. Check tracking info online a little after 5pm and says attempted deliver at 4:59pm card left? 4:59 seems an odd stamp time seeing as they are closed at 5:15pm according to google. No buzzer at door, no card in box nothing. Deduction: No delivery attempt made. Person on route was near the end of day, looking to collect a paycheck and kick off for the weekend and go home without finishing the route. Was advised that I, the customer, have to now go and PICK UP the package they were paid to deliver to my door. I walk with a cane and getting in and out is difficult at best, at times impossible. And they want me to do their job? This is not the first time this has happened and this is exactly why I rely on Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS instead of Canada Post.
